Account Customers:
If you are already an existing account customer, it’s “Business
as usual” with a 30 day invoice issued. Orders will be despatched
within 3-7 days with an Invoice enclosed. As usual, a 10% discount is offered
for payments received within 7 days of your goods being delivered.
If you have lost or forgotten your password, please contact us and we
will re-issue it to you.
New Customers:
First time buyers will be issued with a Pro-Forma Invoice within
3-7 days. Once payment is received, goods will be dispatched with 2 days.
If the client wishes to re-order, they are then offered a 30-day account.
To obtain an account with us, a Credit Application Form must be completed.
As Adela Imports is a wholesale only company, we may request a copy of
a Registration of Business Name certificate, issued by the Department
of Fair Trading or the supply of an ABN, before supplying a login authority.
New International Customers:
Sample orders may be placed to view silver and stone quality.
Packaging
Each item is individually bagged and labelled with its part number,
stone and price. The chains are labelled with its part number length,
weight and price.
Pricing:
All products on the web site are quoted in AUD, & exclusive
of GST.
Prices may change without notice.
10% GST will be added to the final invoice total.
If you are not an Australian based business or your order is being sent
to an address outside Australia, GST will not be charged.
Payments:
All payments and invoices are handled off-line.
Payment can be made by cheque, Internet banking direct deposit (details
listed on invoice) or credit card - Master Card, Visa, American Express
& Bank Card are accepted.
We reserve the right to charge overdue account fees at 8% p.a. (this
rate may change).
International customers may also pay by Telegraphic Transfer.
For those ordering from outside Australia, visit www.xe.com to convert
the Australian Dollar into your currency. (It must be remembered, however,
that your payment will always be converted into your own currency by your
bank, from Australian dollars, and charged at the exchange rate prevailing
at the time your transaction is processed.)
Delivery:
All orders shipped are charged at cost through Australia Post
- Express Post,
Registered Post or normal mail.
International Delivery:
We can use various shipping options such as FedEx, UPS and EMS
Speed Post. If you have an account with UPS or FedEx, we can send the
consignment "freight & charges collect".
We can also quote international shipping charges to your destination once
we know the size and weight of your order.
We do not require a minimum order. Although you should keep in mind the
cost of shipping your order as well as local import duty, taxes and Customs
clearance charges when placing small orders.
Product Guarantee:
We accept faulty goods due to workmanship before a maximum period of 12
months. We are happy to replace or credit these goods. With orders from
this web site, if you are not happy with any of the pieces once you have
received them or feel it is not what you thought it was from the picture,
you may send it back immediately for credit. The pieces must be sent back
immediately, undamaged, and in their original bags with all the codes
and prices intact.
Any refunds will be paid using the original method received. Please note,
all sizes quoted are approximate and may vary slightly as some goods are
hand-made.
Privacy Policy:
Adela Imports knows that you care how information about you is used and

that you provide through any source. We take all reasonable steps to prevent
